I had the worst experience with this company that I have ever had with anyone. I had a service contract. Everything went fine for 9 months. Then suddenly they wouldn't return my calls. After calling 3 times over a 2 week period to have someone come out to treat ants and not hearing back or being scheduled, I called to cancel my service. They did and charged me for the remainder of my contract. I complained and after HORRIBLE customer service on the phone and running it all the way up to the owner, they took off the charge. Only for it to appear as a collection on my credit report 2 years later. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau before they agreed to remove it from my credit report.
