I had an awful company clean stains in my carpet... and they ruined my carpet. Flat Rate Carpet came over and installed new matching carpet where the stains were, it looks like nothing was ever wrong. Great installators.

Flat Rate Carpet worked with me and my hours, which is great for my busy schedule. I get home from work at 6:00PM and they were the only company that had later hours. A guy was there at my place at 6:15 and cleaned my 2 rooms in my apartment. Before 8PM my carpets were cleaned and everything smelled fresh. I recently spilled hot wax on my sofa. I was extremely worried because i told my parents I would take care of this brand new and expensive sofa while they were on vacation. I called Flat Rate Carpet and I spoke with a very nice lady who assured me it would be Ok. They offered this great service where a technician would come over and give me a free estimate and if I was happy with it he would do the job on the Spot. He came the very same day i made the call. I was shocked by the amazing price the technician gave me and he did the job. Thanks to Flat Rate Carpet my parents never found out about the sofa.
