Terrible service, repeatedly! They are the contractors for whirlpool warrantees in this area and apparently being the only game in town means that you can be extremely rude and disrespectful. They came in last week to fix my washer and the technician told two adults in the house that they could go ahead and use the washer. Never left the slip never mentioned anything about what the next plan was for ordering parts, no communication at all. Meanwhile work uniforms are locked in the washer getting moldy. When I called to have someone come out to at least unlock the washer door while we wait for parts John clearly said in the background "I don't care". What a terrible customer service attitude.

I've had the same experience as others regarding service. My husband and I bought something there and had problems with it from day 1. The folks there didn't believe us and were quite derogatory. Technician came and gave us a new item. That item has quirks and either folks wouldn't return my call or they insulted my husband. Item was not that expensive and I just gave up. Will never shop there again. So much for supporting the local store.

Stay away from this place. Prices are way too high. Very impersonal especially after the sale. If you have a problem with the appliance...LOOK OUT. They couldn't give a hoot after the sale. Kid has the business now and doesn't know the proper way to treat customers.

Sold me a Bosch dishwasher that leaked. Took them 5 visits to fix it and I had to pay repair bills that equalled the cost of the dishwasher. Terrible seller and service.

Very bad. Sold me a Bosch dishwasher that flooded out my kitchen, then charged me the cost of the washer in bills after taking 5 times off work to wait for the repairman. Horror show.
