OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

I drove half an hour to get there today and they were closed. I arrived a few minutes after the posted lunch times so I waited. Nobody showed up. The holiday hours sign they had in the window clearly showed that they'd be open today the 29th; it listed the 30th through New Year's as the days they'd be closed. Calling the office, the message simply says that a manager could not make it to the phone in time. Nothing about being closed. Tried calling the two emergency numbers on the door and nobody picked up. Pathetic and unprofessional, can't wait to get my stuff out.
