I I've been taken my dogs to Myra's Pet Salon for sometime she is the ,so good to my dogs that I have left for her to groom ,she is nice and very good to the animals that are left in her hands .She has a very big heart for animals and for people ,I would never ever have any doubts of leaving my animals in her loving care !!! I have used this place only handful of times, however, the last time I took my newest family addition there, I was informed to be there at 8. I got there at 745. After waiting until 830 for ANYONE to get there to let several other pet parents and myself inside, I left. When I called back around 11am to see what had happened, the owner had no idea that the person opening the shop had been late to arrive, nor did they offer any type of recompense for the inconvenience caused to her patrons! Due to this (and the fact that the past few times I have picked up a pet, they've smelled like a moldy cigarette), I will not longer take any creature I own to see them. The level of professionalism is non-existant.
