I am insured with Statefarms and usually go to Fountain Valley body works for any repair on my or my family's cars. I was referred by a friend who had been here @ Hai Tech collision for repair a few time and very comfortable and happy with the services and repair. I just recently got in an accident, and took my car here to try out. The estimator and manager named Vincent was assisting me with the claim and repair. He was very polite and efficient and paying attention to detail. He even fixed and touched up the right front side of my car that was not related to accident. And when I received the car back I was so shocked and amazed at how these people are restoring my car like new. Thank you Vincent for your art, for your professionalism, I will definitely recommend and coming here.

I have State Farm Insurance Company, the day I got in a accident. State Farm refer Hai Tech Collision so I tow my car to their shop. I didn’t allow them to tear down my vehicle or to start the work on my car. All I wanted was for them to give me a reasonable estimate. I didn’t hear from them for two weeks, when I called them they already order the parts and started working on my vehicle without my permission. I called Hai “the owner” and he tried to overpower me, Hai said if I was not to repair my vehicle on his shop he will charge me for tear down and estimate without my permission for the amount of $ 1400.00 dollars.
