dismissive, insulting staff. Our appointment was over 1/2 hour late. Nobody addressed the issue until we asked to cancel the appointment. We were ignored by the assigned stylist who was asked to speak to us, but started another cut instead. poorly prepared to accept customers, address problems and needs.
