I started wearing glasses when I was 10 and by the time I was 13 I began wearing contacts. At the age of 35 my eyes could not tolerate contact lenses so I was back to glasses again. I did not want to wear my glasses at my wedding so I took a chance and wore contacts, by the end of the ceremony my eyes were fiery red and I had a miserable headache. That evening my father-in-law luckily is an optometrist had to help me get them out. My brother was at the wedding and had just gotten his Lasik from Dr. Stetson and was raving on what a difference it made. We went to the Caribbean for our honeymoon and I was back in my glasses the heat fogging them up, the sweat on my face causing them to slide to the end of my nose. I went snorkeling and everything was a blur. When I came home I contacted Dr. Stetson and scheduled my appointment.



Dr. Stetson performed Lasik Surgery on both of my eyes over 5 years ago. My eyesight is still 20-15, and my only regret was not getting it done sooner. The surprising change that it has made to my golf game is nothing short of a miracle. My ability to track my ball and judge distances has taken 4 strokes of my game. The money I save from lost golf Titleists alone has more than paid for my surgery.
