You get better customer service on a street corner! As for knowledge of the products they advertise, My 3 year old grand daughter could give you better advice. As for business the displays at this store are either empty or may have one item??? Definitely a sign of a business in trouble. After speaking with the Son and his father (the owner) you can see why, Rude, Clueless and have no interest in your business. They have a buzzer to let you in the store, believe me, not worth the effort to push to allow entry. The atmosphere well, You would get a better feeling in a morgue. The location is a prime site for a retailer or restaurant. I believe they would do the community a service to close and allow someone make something of the site. If you are interested in Numismatics, Buying or Selling this is not the place to go, you will be either overcharged for a product, or way undervalued of any product you may wish to sell, besides being insulted. I highly recommend to stay away...

Stephen L. obviously does not understand that security is important to all of our clients and to our staff. We are not willing to purchase items of questionable value, as was the case in this instance. As the owner of the business we value our customers and at no time was anyone rude or discourteous to Stephen.
