My teenage daughter and nearly 8 year old son were seen here for quite some time, well over a year. First impression, the receptionists/assistants have incredibly inappropriate conversations, loudly. One assistant shook so much, she scratched up my childrens' gums. We tried to be civil and overlooked these things. Then today, after my son cried and kicked out some while getting a filling, three (not 1, and certainly not the doctor himself) assistants surrounded me in the sitting area and told me they were referring him to a clinic specialized in working with children, 3 1/2 HOURS Away. It was in thier best interest they said, my sons best interest being secondary and not even on the table was having a consultation with me about how to address the issue. They dropped him from thier services... I pulled my daughter. The absolute worse treatment I have ever received from any medical establishment.
