The one Star is to the Burger King located on Taylor in Garden City. There service has been so continuously horrible that I have vowed never to go to that BK even though it's closer to my house than the other location. Every time that I have been there I have waited over 20 minutes, even at times when i'm the only one at the drive through. The last two times I have been there they have messed up my order. The service at this place is horrible. On the contrary the BK located on Kansas Ave had done a nice job.

this is the worst Burger King " In the World" they have poor customer service they dont take your order when you go through the drive thru. The main manager is never around to make the complaint, to. The young ladies that are the assistants are very rude and dont have the knowledge to run the buisness. They will not even take your order even if you pull up which I think is very crude. I have called the 1-800 number and complained several times and they dont do anything nor do they change the management. I do believe with new management, and store management around this resteraunt could do well. The lady in the drive thru wouldnt take my drink order thru the area to order. I asked a question, she never answered me. I waited to order over 5min. no one Then when i drove up to the window to order my drink(one) they refused to take my order. They said I would have to drive thru again, because they were busy I told the assistant manager what happen but she believed the drive thru attendant, i was called a liar. This smells like it could be a possible law suit may after i recorded the whole thing on camera. I ask to speak to the main manager she told me i had to call back when i called she told me that the manager left for the day. (Sep. 30th 2008 around 4:30pm) Nothing was solved in this matter. What would a judge say in this matter? And Why isnt there any number for anyone to call besides the local number or 1 800 number?
