Hilliards use to be the place to go. Big hot plates no matter what you ordered. Still good sweet tea and attentive waitresses but that is all. The prices have gone up which I can understand buy the quality and amount has not kept pace. Prime example I complained about an order once and the waitress said Oh I will have them make you another plate from scratch. Really? Cooked, reheated and then served? Its a shame

Do not eat at this Hilliard's location. The server was the only good thing there. The lady/manager at the window was VERY rude to the staff - she didn't seem to mind raising her voice in front of customers. The reason my family will not go back to this location - the window manager would cough into her hand & then WITHOUT washing her hands or using hand sanitizer - she would grab plates of food for the servers. When we went to complain to the man at the cash register he rolled his eyes and replied " OK". This was last Friday night- 1/06/12 @ 7:55 pm. We were at table#1. We will not return to this location. Applebee's is right down the street.
