Love this place! We rented a place in Galveston, west end, in which my battery charger broke (Dec 20). After searching on the internet, found this store on 61st street. The 2 young gentlemen working there were more than helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase and that it all worked properly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend for all your ecig needs!

Not happy with acusations

My journey : Before I start, since this is long...Island Vaporium is amazing! About 6 weeks ago...12-20-13 my best friend and I started Vaping to quit smoking. and speaking for myself, it's working; even after smoking a minimum of 1 pack a day for way too many years. Had no withdrawals, or anxiety. Went to WM for refill cartridges, and was going through far too much money. The refill pkgs I got had duds or old ones that quickly burnt. At least one in every pack. We were spending $23 every 2 days. Decided to start refilling our own to eliminate all the "wasted" cash. The gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and patient with all our questions. They premix all their e-juice, and even have samples of all the flavors for you to try, plus they carry all strengths of nicotine, from none to 34.. Was very impressed with the quality, so bought two of the Rough Riders (the one that is most like the red and white boxed cigs we used to smoke). The cost was $21 and some change for 2, 10 millimeter bottles; which will last quite awhile. It's a very simple process to refill spent cartridges. I personally recommend that you refill just a few at a time, and use cartridges that you haven't gotten to the burnt stage. Before you use the e-juice, shake the bottle extremely well. I went to WM and bought my "last" 5 pack of refills, to start with fresh ones. Always stand them upright, and cap them, just like your e-cig when not in use. You may be able to get the carts at Island Vaporium but I didn't check, sorry I'm no help there. Naturally they do tanks as well, but I prefer the ones that are most similar to reg cigs. Now I've reaped the reward of quitting and see much more money in my pocket. Since I barely feel the "need" to use my cartomizer any longer, I probably wont be a customer much longer, so wanted to make sure others knew that this place is a gem...wealth of knowledge, great customer service, and awesome products.

The people there were really friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to find the best e-cig for me. They have some really interesting nicotine flavors, so besides my tobacco flavor, I got some other juices to smoke, I mean vape. After hearing their experience, I'm hoping that this e-cig is going to help me kick cigarettes for good!
