Had a new roof put in. The job itself was contracted out, I thought they did their own work with their own crew. Didn't find this out until after job was done and we had issues that weren't getting fixed. Within 2 months we had a leak, thankfully over the deck and not in the house. They patched it. Now we have a new leak in the kitchen in a brand new roof that is only 4 months old. Last time it took them over a week and a half to come out and fix the leak. In the end my guess is they will patch this one as well so we will have two patches in a 4 month old roof that we paid thousands to have put in, and we have to hope it doesn't continue to do this. I don't think our roof was put in properly or very well for that matter and I have not been happy with their communication overall.
