These people are family own and operated . I was in a accident and was terrified they took care of me and my family. My car was secure in a nice storage lot and the ladies in the office where so nice. They help me through out my ordeal. Thank you Ace

My new car broke down. With one phone call, they were quickly there...courteous, competent and competitively priced. They took great care with my LOW profile car. Best on island!!

this company towed my truck out of a parking lot and damaged the abs brake system which up costing $500 to repair it. On top of 300 dollars i had already paid to get it out. Please beware of where you park and which towing company you will call next time you are in Galveston,

Ace of Galveston pulled my SUV out of the mud and then informed me it was a $1750 charge. I had to contact my insurance company who called a local dealer. When the dealer went to pick up the vehicle with a check in hand for the amount of invoice, they were told that the storage fees were accidentally left off. Three days later, they will not release my SUV unless the dealer has "cash in hand." The fees are now up to $1995, they will not release my vehicle and the costs continue to rise for no apparent reason. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
