Upon meeting Art, the owner, he was prompt and courteous. He assessed the situation we had been experiencing and came up with a plan of remediation that was affordable to our budget. The work and treatments were finished quickly and neatly, and the work was above reproach. We highly recommend this service business to anyone who is need of mold and bacteria remediation. Art is a complete gentleman and easy to communicate and get in touch with. He guides you through every stage of the process.

Restore You performed beyond my expectations in the work I needed to sell my house. Art was prompt, he and his crew did a great job and was very fair in pricing. He came back after the work was done to ensure it was done correctly. I'd recommend him over the big companies for sure.

did a mold remediation, moisture proofing and insulation job in my crawlspace. prompt and easy to work with. no extra charges for the little things that always seem to come up. will work weekends and into the evening without many breaks to get the job done. I would recommend them.

Art and the gentleman that works with him did a wonderful job on the mold remediation in our crawl space and attic. We called Art to do an air quality test because we were experiencing mold smells and allergy issues. In addition to the test he did a visual inspection of the common problem areas that could be affecting our air quality and found obvious mold in both the crawl space and attic. We went ahead with the mold remediation he recommended. The job was complete less than 2 weeks later and we were very pleased with the thorough job they did. Art cleaned up some additional areas with visible mold and gave us some advice on ways to prevent future mold issues and to improve the air quality in our house. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Restore You for mold remediation.

We are very pleased with the work Art and his crew did to remove mold from our crawl space in Brigantine.A pipe froze and burst in late march and filled the crawl space with water,we found that a substantial amount of mold had formed .Not only did Art remove and treat the mold,but all the insulation which was soaked and wet was removed and replaced,along with the damaged a/c duct work.He also removed and installed a new vapor barrier.His staff was careful and friendly and left the premises clean at the end of each day ,of the 3and1/2 days they were at our home.The house is dry,clean and odor free.We would certainly recommend Art to family,friends and neighbors. dave&barb c

Art and his guys did a phenomenal job at my house in Ventnor. I had mold on the first floor everywhere and it was very hard to breathe with my allergies. Everything is perfect just the way I would like it to be.I would hire him again if I needed to but God for bid if I do.

We had a major problem with our house in ventnor New Jersey , all the insulation under the crawl space was bad and there was mold all over it . I hired a local company and asked them to remove insulation and treat mold . Since I was out of state I couldn't inspect the work I had to take there word for it . They did a horrible job and didn't even treat the mold . They removed insulation boy failed to put new one in . Long story short it was a disaster . I found restore you on Angies list with high recommendation and ratings it was a no brainier that this company was good . I called Art , he was extremely professional and helpful . I explained him the situation he went to the property immediately . He sent me the before and after pictures . He also gave me the detailed estimate on pricing . He did a great job . The work was so good that my next door neighbor ended up hiring him as well .

We had another issue after that with frozen pipes , I called many plumbers paid three plumbers the problem was still there , I called Art again even though he is not a plumber he suggested that we should cover the vents in the crawl space , I hired him to do that job as well and that solved the problem with frozen pipes . I would highly recommend restore you for any mold remediation services , he is honest , reliable and a genuine person . He will never over charge you and will take care of your home . They also clean up the place after every service . I wish I could give more than five stars :)

We had a mold problem in our summer home due to a leak in a pipe that vented through the roof. The mold was bad enough that the musty smell it caused in the master bedroom made the room unusable.

Recently we experienced water damage which lead to mold damage. Restore You came out immediately dried the whole place out, cut out walls, removed rugs, trash & any evidence of that horrendous smell. Restore You restored us and our home in a timely, professional, and meticulous manner. Hopefully we never have to go through that again, but if we do we know to call Restore you!

Found mold in our attic while trying to sell the house, and needed it remediated asap. Art came out and assessed the situation, explained everything that need to be done and adjusted his schedule to fit ours ! They came and protected the areas around the attic steps, bagged everything they removed and hauled it away. Fantastic job in the attic, it was a brutally hot week, they got it done on time ! We went away for a day and when we came back we had 8 inches of water in the basement.

I called my buddy that is plumber, he came and shut the water off and I called Restore you and Art was

here in a little over an hour. They pumped the water out in about one and a half hours.

I called three contractors for estimates on Mold Remediation. Art from Restore You came and presented his proposal. Of all three I felt his was the best solution. It wasn't overkill or not doing the job. It was coming and removing all the mold covered insulation. Then they treated the floor joists the subfloor and any effected area with a micro anti-bacterial that killed the mold and mildew. Because wood is porous the area then had to be scrubbed to clean off the wood. Everything was then vacuumed to remove mold spores. The crawl space was then dried so the remaining treatments were performed and new insulation was installed and treated against future mold. Arthur Sulik, the owner of Restore You started the job when he stated he would. The workers were courteous. I am very pleased with Arthur Sulik and Restore You, and their employees. Arthur was willing to help with other projects I had going, gave me ideas and hands on. I would hire Arthur Sulik again without question. He takes pride in his work and the work his employees perform. Thank you Art.

Our sea shore home was affected by Hurricane Sandy. Sea water had invaded our crawl space and ruined our heating and air conditioning duct work which was replaced in December of 2012. Fortunately, the water never came into the house. But now we had to deal with the mold and mildew that was growing on the floor joists. We did our research and had several estimates from companies that treat the problem. The remediation process was very similar for all of the companies. We chose "Restore You" to remedy the situation because their method was the most sensible and affordable. First, they removed our old vapor barrier, which still had sea water lying on it. Then, they laid down a temporary vapor barrier and sprayed the joists, sub floor and walls with a micro anti-bacterial that killed all of the mold and mildew. After the spray, they scrubbed the joists and subfloor to remove the dead mold and mildew cells. The next part of the process involved using a "hepa vacuum" on all of the treated areas to remove the dead mold cells. To complete the process, the crawl space need to be dried out. "Restore You" placed three axial fans and one dehumidifier in the space for several days until the joists and sub-floor reached a dry-safe, 14% moisture reading.



Arthur Sulik, the owner of "Restore You", had two very capable and hard working employees performing most of the arduous labor, but Art was always there supervising.



Finally, we had "Restore You" install fiberglass insulation on the sub floor between the joists.

The project began on time and continued for several days, just as Arthur outlined in the contract. I was very pleased with the owner, his employees and the work that they completed. He answered all of my questions with good answers and explanations where I felt that I received a good education on mold remediation. The owner was very easy to deal with. A real nice man who takes pride in the services he advertises.
