After having difficulties with my local flooring company in south bend indiana. I reached out to the manufacture to seek help with my problem. They directed me to a dealer out of ohio. I got in touch with brenda with roxys floor and more who reached out to the manufacture to get me taken care of. Within hours she had totals for me. I recd my parts i needed within 4 days and i couldnt be happier. The parts were right on. She went above and beyond for me :) fantastic customer service. Thanks again brenda..
