I contacted this company two months ago to get an estimate and schedule pool maintenance service. Finally, after numerous phone calls and promises to return my calls I finally was able to contact the owner. She was very rude and acted like I had not communicated to her what we needed before. She ended the conversation by quoting a very high price and said it would need to be paid in full up front and if I was not comfortable with that then they were "not the right store for you". Any decent business does not require full payment, (half payment at the most), with a signed contract for the rest once the work is done.

friendly knowledgeable and courteous, always ready to assist you with a big smile and give you a solution to ANY problem or question. I will never shop anywhere else for all of my needs for my pool and future hot tub.
