After a HORRIBLE experience w/ JERRY'S HEAT/COOLING ( I reviewed them also), I called HOUCKs. The girl who answered the phone was sooooooo nice, helpful and knowledgeble. She set me up w/ an appointment. The tech came to my home, on time and very polite. He established what mess JH/C had left me w/ and figured his work and what I would need on my HEIL unit. After they went over the cost and what the total would be, the same girl called me w/ the figures. Very professional. She explained everything to me and due to this expense coming out of left field, allowed me to have a payment plan. EXTREMELY NICE. No one does that, especially these days. The part was ordered and arrived in 2 days. The tech came out and fixed it within one hour. He was so polite, helpful and again, knowledgeble. I would highly recommend using this company for any service needs on a heating/cooling issue. In a world of UNprofessionals, this was a nice change. I am very grateful to HOUCKs. :)
