I had a truck that no one could fix. I had it at six different shops. they found the problem the first day. they did a great job! and the total cost of repair was less than i had paid each of the others just to check it out.

Obviously i made a bad life choice in choosing somewhere just because it was close. Wheeler Transmission. I am LIVID. Called yesterday to see if i needed an appt, they said just drop off keys in box if theyre not open yet in morning. 11:00 i called to check on my car and they were NOT even aware it was there! (they dont check their box??) In a small lot that holds like 15 cars MAX i would think they would see it at least. between 2-430 i called several times to check on my car (worried that they probably close at 5 and i have to drive to work tmor) and no one answered the phone. Had to have my husband leave work early to go in person and ask. Opened their door, got a faceful of smoke, dude tells me they didnt look at it yet and offers me a chair i had to tell him i cant be around smoke just give me my keys! They couldt answer the phone OR call to tell me they didnt have time for it? Thank god because my car would have REEKED of smoke from that garage/office. WOW. If i didnt show up would they just keep my car indefinitely?
