We checking in our reservation online and was directed to wait 40 and upon arrival we would be seated. When we walked into the Gallatin location they failed to honor our wait time and made us wait an additional 40 minutes to be seated stating that the did not know you could check in online and could not honor the time sent in the email and text message from their company.

My husband and I eat at the Gallatin store at least once a week. Unfortunately, tonight will be the last time. We arrived at Cracker Barrel about 6:00 pm ready for supper. They were out of sweet potato casserole and had no corn bread. Finally after we were through eating the manager finally brought our corn bread. I would not complain. If this was the first time this has happened, but is is not. The manager never once said how sorry she was or offered to cover at least one of our meals..sorry but will eat at Hendersonvile from now on.

This is a great restaurant. The staff and managers are friendly. The store is very clean and the food is delicious! I've eaten at many Cracker Barrels and this is the best so far. You won't be disappointed!
