It has taken multiple calls to this office to get any sort of response which may take several weeks before it finally comes. Office staff answering phones can be quite rude with abrupt and snotty attitude. Sometimes calls made to this office at early stage of open for business hours seem to be rejected without even providing an opportunity to leave a message.
