I have done business with these folks for more than 20 years... I only write this review because I read the few reviews that are above - People in too much of a hurry to do things right... If you want it done right and fairly priced... This is the place! I am a general contractor and had lots of bad experiences with other vendors.

The products are displayed well but the service is very slow at best. I have used this place on several occasions and I always feel like I have been taken every time I leave the store. The people who work in this store are pompous ass'es. I don't like doing business with them.

A typical Saturday and I went with my wife to look at some fireplace screens. Almost nothing had a price on it so we were forced to wait for someone who works there. A guy told me he would be right with me. literally 10 minutes later he finishes up with that family and tells me he has to go to someone else who was also waiting. Idiot couldn't tell me this before the 10 minute wait. Do they think I cant buy this stuff online and not have to deal with rude people?

Experts! They were able to save us tons of money. We had a chimney company tell us we needed a new liner due to a smoking issue. The fireplaces staff found that I only needed a smoke shelf extender $65.00. The chimney company wanted $2500.00 and best of all it fixed my problem. I would recommend this company to anyone their staff are extremely well trained and really have a passion for what they do.
