Outdated website, still showing a Thanksgiving 2014 update. All e-mail links do not work on website preventing complaints or feedback. Try getting hold of Lee Levine, it is impossible. They do not put covers/lids back on trash cans as stated and could care less if your trash can rolls into the street. They brag about eco-friendly trucks but who cares? Use a used U-Haul truck for all we care. Just provide timely customer updates (website), post a schedule update and put the trash cans back on the curbside.

I worked for Potomac disposal for 7 years. Through out that time I have experienced dealing and working with some of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I remember asking the owner Lee Levine " do we have off on MLK?" He responded "no it's not an important holiday!" . They violate several labor laws and practices everyday and if you don't believe so go on montgomery county judiciary website to do a case search type Potomac disposal as company name press the tab for civil and look through all their cases. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Threat of union strikes because of unfair labor practices should be enough for anyone not to take a second look at this company.

We have found Potomac Disposal to be very reliable, very courteous, and they always put the lids back on our trash cans. Also, their rates are very competitive.
