Provided by YP.comThis company was all around awesome. We called with our issue and they had there driver call us right back with a solution. We didn't have an emergency but they were still here within 30 minutes. They showed up, assessed the problem and had the problem, which I thought was impossible, solved. The best service and solution from any company that I have ever had. Will never use another wrecker service again. Awesome job.

Provided by YP.comHaving raised 4 boys in Hall County the word has been out for sometime. Call anyone but Terry's. The dispatchers will try to call them but stand up for your wallet. If in an accident tell the officers not to allow Terry's at the scene. There are plenty of other service providers. It is well with in your rights and most will oblige with understanding. They refused to tow my son's truck 3/4 of a mile to his home claiming he was disorientated and didn't know where he lived. Its on his Drivers License idiot! When we got to their new location they were planning out the parts they could salvage for their own use. They assumed they had just made a great haul to get their own project further down the road. The engine alone forced our decision.
First of all you are absolutely correct YOU have a choice in which towing service is called by the Police Dept. With that being said if in the past you have had such a terrible experience with our company why didn't you request another towing service. We were called by the police dept. Anytime we respond to a motor vehicle accident our operators are instructed to clear the roadway. If the OWNER and ONLY the OWNER with the permission of the Police Dept on scene can other arrangements be made to tow the vehicle to another location other than our facility. When those arrangements are ok'ed through P.D. and Owner and arrangements made to pay our fee's then we would have been more than happy to tow your vehicle to your home. Being in this business for 20 yr's I think we are far from "IDIOTS". We are merely looking after our interest as owners in today's economy. We cannot and will not TOW FOR FREE. Once the vehicle is released we have no way of collecting our fee's. And were sorry we just can't trust everyone we tow for to be honest and trust worthy when it come to being paid, releasing the vehicle on scene or at your home without the proper documentation on file to protect us from any legal actions. Again sorry to see you had a bad experience, but do not blame us, blame the lawyers and all the other sue happy people in this wonderful world we live in. Thank You.
