From the start I knew We was in great hands. William was such a gentleman with my mother during all of this. If you want Compassion and understanding Gainesville marble is top notch!

I would NEVER suggest this guy to anyone! He is unprofessional and rude! He told me I was impatient because after trying to track him down over ten times he still did not give me a straight answer. He would not talk to me but to my husband even though it was my mother that had passed. He told me he could get any color marble but when I chose A color he told me since its not profitable, he can't do it so we went with our second choice. Then he gave me the run around about the wording. Finally, he said I was impatient in my time of mourning and that I should find someone else. This is after 2 and a half months of dealing with him. Hence, if you ever cared about your loved one and one someone on this profession to help you, this guy is NOT the one. That's if you are lucky to catch him. He still lives in the stone ages with no one to run his office or even a functional phone and vmail!
