don't go there!! they are rude, i stood waiting for 5 minutes, saw a lady in the office talking with fellow employee and then she finally looked out and said "i'll be with you in a minute" then she proceeded to pick up the telephone and make a phone call!!! finally another lady appeared and helped me. but it took 3 trips to this place to pick up my item!!!

also i shipped a big box and bought their insurance and they destroyed the box and contents and would not pay the full insurance coverage that i paid for. i will never use them again. ups is so much better!! if they destroy something they pay full insurance coverage that was paid for! i made numerous phone calls to no avail! they don';t care! if i could rate them 4- i would.
