I am very disappointed. While they informed me during pick-up that the charge would be about 180.00, the overall charge was more than $ 400.00, including a $ 120.00 administration fee, which I don't know what that could be. They put a lien on the car, although it was clear that the insurance company will pay and that the car will be moved to the repair shop. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

The phone number liste is incorrect for the business. Calling for 7 days finally the lady phone that i had been calling gave me a different number to try still no answer.Calling my lawyer asap.
