Liz Touchton should never ever be trusted to represent ANYONE! She is a scam artist, and to this day has failed to produce a legitament bill. When the time came to pay my mother her settlement that Liz Touchton represented her on, liz wrote her a check for $10,000 only to call when it arrived asking not to cash it because the judge put a hold on it. We called the court clerk who said no hold has ever been put on anything. Then Liz finally wrote us a check for $6k and asked us if she could pay the other $4k back in increments since SHE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY THAT WAS IN THE TRUST ACCOUNT WITH MY MOTHER'S NAME ON IT! Five months later, we are still waiting on the final payment from LIZ! She claimed that her office got broken into and all the money from her safe and bank accounts and all her computers had been taken by a disgruntled employee.....so we called the local police department who has had ZERO phone calls or reports of a break in at Liz's law office!!! IMAGINE THAT!
