Bruce Samuel Solomon, DO is a clinical assistant professor with the department of neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine.Dr. Solomon earned his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, New York. He then graduated with his doctor of osteopathy degree as the salutatorian of the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After doing his internal medicine internship at the Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo, NY, he stayed in the city to pursue his neurology residency at the University of Buffalo. During his residency, Dr. Solomon served as the chief resident and received two awards for his teaching skills. The following year, Dr. Solomon completed his fellowship at the Burke Rehabilitation at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York.Dr. Solomon is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Previously, Dr. Solomon served as the medical director of the outpatient infusion lab for patients with multiple sclerosis with Pinehurst Neurology. Currently, he focuses on multiple sclerosis, headaches, neuro-rehabilitation and general neurology with the University of Florida department of neurology.
