This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Firstly, they sold me a broken scooter. When I brought it in to be fixed they said it would take 20mins, after 2 hours I called and was put on hold for 20mins and when I was taken off hold, the woman asked 'who were you on hold for' and when I told her I had been on hold for 20mins she said 'that's not what I asked.' Then once I got my scooter back it was STILL broken. So since it was still under warranty I took it back to Solano to get it fixed again. They took it on Thursday and I called on Friday to ask about it's status, and they told me I would get it on Saturday. I waited till Monday and called and they still hadn't started working on it, but were working on other scooters that came in after mine. If you want a good scooter experience I would never recommend Solano, even reviews on Yelp match my attitude.

Solano cycle is the best place to buy, or have your scooter fixed. Extremely reliable, honest, and quick service !

Solano cycle fixed my scooter. I had a bad experience from the shop I bought the scooter from (another scooter shop in Gainesville.) I had problems with the scooter the day after I bought it. For three weeks they tried to fix it, but it still did not work. I was charged over $300.00 dollars. I was told my warranty did not cover this problem. I ran out of money and could not ride my scooter.

A friend told me to take it to Solano. When I took it in and told them the story, and I very little money to fix the scooter.

They took a look at it and all it needed was a spark plug and a few adjustments. My total bill was $34.00, and within a half hour I was riding again.

Please don't ever go to Solano Cycles to buy a scooter!! After buying a brand new scooter with less than 1 mile on the odometer, it blew up, and instead of taking care of the problem they put me through all kinds of crap!! I ended up having to involve the Gainesville police department before they would rectify the situation. This is the worst place I've ever tried to do business with in my life!! Stay away from Solano Cycle unless you want to get ripped off and treated like crap!!
