Terrible customer service. There were some minor caulking cracks in the cabinets that were installed, so I called them for a warranty covered repair. Unfortunately, after the first assessment appointment (which they were late for), they basically forgot about me. I had to schedule not one, but two appointments for a so called 'quick' repair that they didn't even show up to! If you were not going to come to the appointment, at least give me a call ahead- but nooooo.

They can't keep their word at all and I'm skeptical if their secretary, Mary, is even telling the repairmen what appointments are up.

It has gotten to a point where I would call them at non-lunch, totally business hours and no one would pick up.

If you're planning to get a kitchen company, don't hire this one. They won't take care of you afterwards even if you paid them!
