Provided by YP.comWe recently shopped for a new vehicle at Gatorland Toyota. The hybrid 2016 RAV4 we wanted with the Convenience Package would be there soon we were told.
We returned to complete sale, car did not include package we were promised. I threatened to walk away from the sale, dealership said they would install an auto-dimming mirror free of charge.
I stressed that I would be out-of-state on a job site Monday and my wife would be in to pick up the car and to let me sign everything I had to sign and I signed three documents.
My wife returned to pick up car with the $10,000 dollar down payment, the previously signed documents suddenly disappeared and we HAD to go with the Toyota financing of 10% and a $575 dollar per month payment for the remaining amount of $22,000. Bank of America also approved my loan for $22,000 at 3.4% and a monthly payment of $400.
I just received an email from Bank of America that they received the necessary documents from Toyota, but they were "illegible".

Provided by YP.comI have a 6-month new car and I got a tire light flashes on my dashboard today. I took it in the Gatorland Toyota for Service, they checked my car and told me a nail was in one of my tore, and it's in an unrepairable position. The service guy showed me two brands of the tire they can install for me today, and both of them were around two hundred dollars. I left and went to another well-reviewed tire place near archer and got my tire fixed. The total costed me less than 10 bucks. This service department screwed me twice, and I will never let it happen again, because I will not go back to those liars and thieves!

Provided by YP.comThese folks are aggressive, dishonest, non professional and rude. BM added $100 finance charges on my account without informing me for a loan rate of >6% (i have an excellent credit history). Curt-the used car manager is rude and will not answer any call once the deal is done. The new general manager Jeramie is outstanding and is trying to make a culture change to this organization, but I guess he is misinformed by his coworkers on certain issues. Sure Gatorland- you have earned couple of 100 extra dollars from me, but you will be loosing a lot of business in future for services and new customers.

Provided by YP.comI have had a very bad experience with this dealer. Go to Ocala and see the dealer there. This is not a company with which you will be happy doing business, expecially if you are a woman alone. They'll walk right over you.
