I bought a vehicle here and was happy with the deal. Recently went for warranty service and that's when I found out that after the sale the honeymoon is over. I have never been treated so poorly by any Other dealer in town and this went all the way to the general manager. I finally achieved satisfaction but I had to go all the way to General Motors to get it. They handled the matter in the way the dealership should have. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I can't give them any fewer. Avoid this place.

Just had my car repaired in the collision center. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. The repair looks great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

For the third time in four years I went to the dealership to have a battery replaced due to a "bad cell." In the previous two visits the whole incident was completed without charge (even though on the previous visit I had to wait two hours for the battery).

Yesterday I was told that even though the battery was only two years old that I would have to buy a new battery because the warranty on the defective battery was only good for a year and there was no pro-ration. When I pointed out that the battery actually had a 72 month warranty I was told that because my CAR'S 100K/72 month warranty had expired less than a year ago the battery installed two years ago only had a one year warranty. It made no sense and I left feeling the whole thing was a ripoff.
