Had just had transmission replaced and gear shift broke 3 days later. Insurance company called TriCity . As the driver was pulling my truck onto the rollback, he got underneath and looked at it. The cable from gear shift to trans was routed wrong causing the cable to break. After telling this to shop that replaced the trans to begin with, they could not believe their mechanic would do something like that. When I went to pick up my truck, no charge. They did right by me and so did TriCity. The driver saved me around $80. Appreciate both businesses, especially tow driver. Thanks again

Very dishonest, irresponsible people and owner. I had an absolute bad experience. Does not deserve your business.

Just had one of their drivers damage my car on the interstate. Driver was texting (you could see him looking down, even from behind) and was swerving all over the interstate. He drove half way off the side of the road and when he yanked it back up he brought a cloud of dirt and rocks with him .. and it pelted my car .. leaving behind 2 rock chips and several dents on the roof of my BRAND NEW car!!!!



I called and spoke to someone on the phone and they pretty much told me to get over it, nothing they could (should have said would) do.

I was stuck on the side of the road and these guys wher called and instead of hooking to the hooks on the front of my truck they hooked to the tie end rod and broke it. they did 400 dollars woth of damage to my truck that i had to pay for. The owner Mr McCoy told me to get over it because that is how that do things. I would advise any one to stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
