I used them for 1 year during which time I waited 6 months to get a first quarter report for my bank. At the end of the year I told them we would no longer use them but to go ahead with our corporate taxes I would have someone else do personal. On April 6th I emailed to get a status, I emailed again on the 7th. I finally got a response today with them saying they were t going to do the corporate. Wow! Great way to do business and thanks for the heads up.
