Chace Oliver, a former Anniston, AL employee and currently a Gadsden, AL employee, went absolutely above and beyond his call of duty in providing the most excellent customer service that I have ever seen distributed from an individual. This gentleman is thoroughly well-educated about this company along with all the necessary information that a customer needs to hear when renting an automobile. He provides his undivided attention and makes sure that all of your questions are answered and that you are completely satisfied before pulling out of the parking lot. Chace Oliver is the eptiome of your #1 employee! He set the benchmark!

This was the best car rental experience my husband an I have ever had. There was no hassle no gimmicks just straightforward business fast an ask for Josh when you go he's the best. We'll definitely be back to rent again.

I made a reservation for a full size car. When I arrived, I was given a Chevrolet Captiva, small SUV. It was really not big enough for three adults to ride in. The next day a lady called from Enterprise to see if I liked my vehicle. I explained that I would like a full size car and she told me they would be getting one in soon and she would switch it out. After speaking to her, I noticed that the license plates were expired so I stopped by the Enterprise office. They apologized several times and put me in a Tahoe at no extra charge. I was very pleased with their way of making it right with me. The only problem I had was that the vehicles were dirty inside (the Captiva had sand in the trunk area and the Tahoe had soda or something splashed all over the dash making it sticky) and they smelled bad inside. I was able to grab an air freshener and a cleaning wipe, so it was okay. I would rent from Enterprise again and I would use the Gadsden, AL location again.

We have large vehicles so when we travel up north we always rent smaller gas efficient cars from this location. We are always pleased with the selection and the staff.
