The staff is consistently cold & rude. No matter how fantastic the doctor, who wants to call an office and speak to rude staff members? Or go days without returned calls when a referral is needed - or be shuffled from person to person and voicemail to voicemail. The staff is the face of the office. From the inital cold and short conversation to schedule to the "umm-humm" and then dialtone when the conversation is over (no thanks, goodbye, or have a nice day). The staff at Fuquay Peds is unfortunately burdened dealing with calls or the patients, and they make that quite clear. As a business owner myself, my recommendation: Keep the doctors, but "clean house" with the office staff - start over and try to rebuild your reputation (google search for reviews) with pleasant staff before your patients start exploring other avenues - there are more options out there!
