This is the worst experience renting a hotel room ive ever had... they dont respect your privacy and the manager on site treats u like ur a criminal for having a service animal on thier property.... heaven forbid...they woke my husband out of a dead sleep telling him to leave... when i got back he got in my face threatening me with the cops .. what kind of place is this we dont do criminal things to be treated this way!!
