I have conducted business with WMFY for the better part of two decades...they have yet to miss a deadline or produce an inferior print job. We're talking an average of 40,000 fliers a month...every month, 11 times a year. This is not like some tiny Minuteman franchise so don't expect the owner to answer the phone and send you a birthday card. This is where serious businesspeople go when they need reliable, quality direct mail marketing materials without excuses and mistakes. Yes, they are unable to always respond instantly but that's because they are in such demand and focus on their core strengths first...meeting the needs of established customers on critically tight deadlines. A first time customer inquiry might take a bit longer but they always return calls and reply to emails. But on a busy Monday or Friday morning I know they are inundated so exercise a bit of patience. If you wear an imaginary crown, sit on a tall pedestal in an ivory tower while demanding instant satisfaction and gluteus smooching, this isn't your printing/mailing house. If you demand quality printing and service you can rely on and are smart enough to...oh, I don't know...PLAN AHEAD then these are your guys. I've seen em pull off miracles within 36 hours but that was a frequent customer who had an 11th hour emergency. Bottom line...you get more than you pay for with WMFY and that's why they are always as busy as a beehive. WMFY sets the bar so high their competitors need to charter a plane just to see it.
