If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company and owner Brandy Abney will take your money and run. Had their service for about 6 months. During that time she had her 2 daughters and son work for her and they have all quit. She let another employee go after accusing her of taking her business and under paying her, she was not taking her business and was the best employee she had. This company cannot keep appointments and is constantly giving excuses.. They either show up late or cancel. They way over charged for an extreme cleaning, quoted me one price then added cost once they were doing it. They knew my home and should have been able to quote more accurately. , I paid because I wanted the cleaning done for a party and could not rebook with another company at last minute. I should have let them go long before I did, but I wanted to give Ms. Abney a chance since she started to clean my house personally, but she was the one with the poor work ethic. The last straw was I notified her I was going to gone and had someone house sitting and would be there for the scheduled cleaning date and time. Never showed up, then wanted to clean on day I was unavailable. I mistakenly trusted her and gave her a check for the cleaning that my house sitter would be available for. She cashed my check before the scheduled cleaning date AND HAS NOT RETURNED MY $90!!!! I initially tried to get her to provide cleaning g services for the money she already had, but had multi reasons why she could not come clean on the days I was available, many were the same day I was usually scheduled. I have asked multiple times and have been very professional asking for the return of my $90, she told me twice she would return it. It has been almost 60 days and it has not been returned. She also refuses to respond to texts and calls. I have not threatened or used foul language as many people do and may think I have. Yes, I am extremely upset and just want my money returned. She can mail it by cash or check or bring it in person or put in mail box. I'm still trying to trust she will do the right thing and be professional. Buyer Beware. Please learn from my mistake and think twice before hiring this company.
