Restoration shop is perfect for what I needed done to my Cadillac, it was a very difficult project & I was very particular on the finishes, and this shop nailed it! The timing was good because I wanted it to be exact. It was a project, lots of rust, the guy was very up front about the project and the rust damage, up front about cost and what had to be done, gave me options, the guy came out to my house gave a free quote & had a transport delivery of a cheap cost, had my project for a few months, when i got car back I was a grown man in tears, he restored my dream, man! Thanks again Bill.

What a great shop, this Kenny guy is hilarious! He got it out for the owner, apparently they used to be friends the owner gave this tool of a guy a STEAL DEAL & he Looks to be some military brat typical "military man" suffering from ptsd, who has time to write a novel of lies if you do research on this young know it all, looks like all his reviews are negative, so I just HAD to take the time to set the record straight after spending a lot of time at this shop. I had my 56 ford pickup truck for a full restoration.. 8 months & it came out great. I recommend this place to take your ride to anyone. - Bob

Keep looking for a body shop. This isn't the answer. If anyone else has any issues with this shop past or present please contact the bureau of automotive repair. I was offered a "great price" because I'm in the military and I had recently returned from a 7 month deployment to Afghanistan. The owner Bill Krause talked me into paying in full within the first week. I was told me my car was going to be out in 3-4 weeks....at about the 7TH MONTH I had no choice but to take my project out of his shop. The shop was unorganized, the management was horrible, the owner was higher than the empire state building 24/7, the quality of work was average if that and above all it was the most miserable experience I've ever had with a business. The owner kept coming up with excuses as to why my car wasn't finished. I asked him for a completion date on paper multiple times and he wouldn't give me one. He kept telling me it'll be finished soon or it'll be finished in two weeks, I promise and I would set up transportation to get my vehicle home and I would go there and he would have an excuse as to why he didn't get it finished. I talked with one of his employees and they said he would tell them to start working on my car right before I would show up to look at it and as soon as I would leave he would tell them to work on a different one. When I confronted the owner again about the issue I had with my car still not being finished and the fact that no work was being performed on it sometimes for 2-3 weeks at a time, he ripped his shirt off and tried fighting me....real professional for a business owner. Eventually when I took my car out of his shop I found out that there were a lot of issues with the "work" that was performed. He insisted on using only one coat of poly primer on the portion of the car he did get painted and that screwed me. The car has a bunch of pin holes... the doors do not fit on the car correctly, there isn't a gap and it can't be fixed by simply moving the fender forward because Bill glassed the side skirts directly to the fender without fitting the doors first(being a professional you'd think he would know to do this), so now I have to cut the side skirts and move the fenders forward so they have a gap. I'm going to just leave them cut so the gap runs all the way down the door/ fender and continues thru the side skirt like it should have been initially( that way if the fender needs to be replaced the whole side of the car doesn't need to be redone....again something you'd think a professional would do) . When I turn, one of my tires hits the side skirt. On the roof of the car there are a few places where you can see bare metal. I need to have my whole car repainted and some major work done to make the doors fit. Its a mess. I took Bill to small claims court to get my money back and he never even showed up. I'm not sure how a business owner who thinks they did me nothing but favors wouldn't have the time to stand up for themselves or their business in court?. Now he has a judgment against him... I know of at least 5 other people that aren't thrilled with this business. This guy/ shop needs to get its act together because word will eventually get out about the way it does business. This is the only business I've ever felt the need to write a negative review for. I feel bad for speaking negatively about an individual and his business, but honestly I don't want anyone to have to go through something even remotely similar to what I've went through with the owner of this business. I sincerely hope you don't let this shop take the fun out of your restoration. Take the time to find a better shop. Also look up its previous names. Chronic Street Rods, Diverse Restorations. The owner has changed the name 3 times in 3 years.
