Herb's Volvo RIP ME OFF!!! VERY DISHONEST!!! i took my car there around Feb 2014 because it was not starting. Herb's did a diagnostic and said it was a RPM sensor was bad and need to be replaced. i agreed to have the work done... just recently my car did not start again!!!! same issues and symptoms. i took it to another volvo repair shop that it was close to where the car stop starting. the new shop found out the inside the fuse box, the fuel pump relay was piggy back with two prongs attached a resistor. i was told this was a very dangerous and over time the resistor would not work because of engine heat. the new shop replaced with a correct relay and the car runs like a champ.

i immediately call Herb's volvo and told the owner (Judy) about the situation. Herb's never respond back. file a complaint with automotive bureau of repairs. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!! THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!! HER NAME IS JUDY. LOOK AT THEIR HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the place to have your Mercedes repaired. My car is a e320, and it started to overheat so I took a friends referral and had herbs look at it. I couldn’t believe it when I was told by the service writer that a low Freon gas would not let the fan on the radiator come on. Im glad I took my car there and had an experienced mechanic fix it.

My experience with Mercedes Auto Service Excellence Herbs was just wonderful. The service was professional, timely, and friendly. I can say that their customer service is one of the best! They fixed my windshield and door glass in less than hour. I would recommend this car shop for you guys out there!

I'm so pleased with my car diagnostic experience at Herbs Volvo. They have the most honest mechanic I've ever met. They will tell straight up what the problem is. Their service is far superior to any other and his prices are the best.
