I have never written a review before but I wanted to voice it out so that other customers can make a wiser decision I didn’t check reviews before requesting their service, I wanted to have our refrigerators ice maker to make some ice instead of suggesting to have my filter replaced I was told that I need to change my ice maker I trusted the technician paid $253 and was promised that it would work and I’ll have ice in a few hours but the issue wasn’t solved, He suggested me to order a replacement filter but the filter didn’t work so I’m still left with dysfunctional ice maker also the filter housing broke and the house flooded with water I had to shut off the main water supply and I kept calling them 100 times to come and fix it Knowing the fact I have no water supply because of the technicians negligence and misguidance it took them 6 hours to get to my house and finally quote me another $500 to have it fixed. Zero consideration, horrible customer service, takes advantage of the situation and is just concerned about making their money, all they cared was to replace a part which was never broken and didn’t need to be replaced, left with still no ice and broken filter housing.
I would not like to see someone else to waste their money and feel cheated and deceived in the end.
More than money its the feeling of being cheated is hurtful.
Honesty pays in long run.

Alex came out and fixed my fridge. HE was nice and was able to get fridge fixed same day. Thank you very much.

Beware - Tech who came out was nice and prompt. However, who ever they have for customer service, desperately needs more training. He was not honest and was really rude.
I do not recommend them.
