My husband gave his coat to this place since it is very close to our home. The lady said it would be ready in 2 days. When we went to pick it up, they said they had to do the process twice which means it was not ready again. Then the next day we walked in and pick the coat up and had some argument because they didn't keep their promise. I came home and looked at the coat, I couldn't believe in my eyes because there were discolorations all over the coat. I paid over $250 for that coat and they ruined it! They are very rude and have no idea about customer satisfaction. If you want to save your money and have a good service, this is not a good place for it.
