I arranged for Sterling Collision to do an Allstate claim on an almost new vehicle. Unfortunately, the part they got was not an exact copy of the original. They said that if I accepted the part, they would give me $75, so I accepted the deal. Unfortunately, Sterling has not lived up to its part of the agreement, so I advise not to go to this garage in Front Royal.
