I have been a customer of Tropical Tanning for 10 years... They have a great staff always very nice to talk to and be around. They have tanning beds with very good bulbs and I have a hard time tanning and I always get a tan there. Thanks for being such a great place to Tan.

I have been a customer of Tropical Tanning for 12 years... They have a WONDERFUL staff reasonable pricing and have NEVER found them to be closed during normal open hours unless there was bad weather. Whomever posted the review below is simply bashing Tropical or works at Beach Bum. This is a community tanning salon that has been here for years. They have tanning beds with good bulbs and they work wonderful... I hope the ignorance posted below doesnt persuade anyone in not going to Tropical.... if so you are just the same as whomever posted that nonsense.

tropical tanning is a great tanning salon!!! Great prices !!! have tanned there for 15 years and they have older beds but the tanning is great!!!! And have a exellent staff!!!!

Tropical tanning is not a terrible salon, but has a few problems: bad hours, old beds, and unprofessional staff.

I bought a month unlimited tanning for $65. I called them one Saturday to make sure they were opened and they said they were. When I showed up the open light was turned off and no one was there. It was upsetting to me especially when I called ahead of time.

I now tan at Beach Bum tanning in the new shopping center, north of Front Royal. I purchased 3 months of unlimited tanning and it was only $75. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. This is a classier salon also. They have many beds to choose from also.
