Tiffany and Trenette are awesome! They both do a great job. I feel great every time I leave the salon. Wonderful conversations make the time go by so quick too!

I drive well over an hour and half just to have Trenette high light my hair! I absolutely love the job she does! I have long hair and it's not always easy to do, but she is amazing! As well as the great time I have while in the salon!

Love the service here! I get high lights and low lights and layers and love it! My best friend, sister, and boyfriend all go here now! They are great with all ages and hair types. Fun and friendly atmosphere.

Took my 14 yr daughter for a haircut for locks of love. My daughter's hair was to her waist. The woman butchered the haircut. The hair is chin length, a lot more than 10 inches was cut. The haircut looks like my daughter was thrown under a lawn mower - hair is uneven and ragged. My daughter has virtually not stopped crying. I need to take her somewhere else to try to do triage on it.

II am 68 and this is thre worst haircut I have seen in my life. It is a shame that I can't give minus stars. I have to give one to have this review posted

I shouldn't have paid them, but daughter was hysterical. They should have to pay reparations for a real stylist to fix this mess.

I have been going to trenette for 3 years and just love her. I Havr very thick hair and finding a stylist that isn't afraid to take control of it is not easy. Trenette makes my hair look amazing. Cuts & color. I personally love how silly she and her sister are in the shop. They make me laugh the entire time I'm there. The salon is great and I don't think it's overpriced at all!

i have been going to Trenette for about 4 years. I have always been completely satisfied with my color and hair cuts. I have also referred friends to her and they have been very pleased. She is always ready to accommodate me, even when i called her at the last minute. She always asks if you are happy with the results. both my daughters go there and they are always pleased as well. recently i visited my home town of New York and many of my friends commented on my hair. Both Trenette and Tiffany are amazing women and hairstylists. I would not go to anyone else. Trenette was at another location and I followed her to her new place. If anyone complains about them its because they just want to complain. Lets face it, some people you can never please. Again, i think Trenette is GREAT!!!!!!!!!

I have very thick, course curly hair and it is very hard to find the right person to trust to cut my hair but Trenette is that person. She is awesome and I wouldn't go to anyone else to cut my hair.

Trenette and Tiffany are amazing at what they do. I personally see trenette and have been for over 4 years and will never go to anyone else. If I bring an idea or picture to trenette I know I'll leave looking exactly like that, and they won't just do something if they think it's bad for your hair, they're very honest. I don't understand how anyone had a bad experience there, I'm guessing it's from the groupon and people just go salon jumping to find deals? bc I find it impossible to be unhappy leaving there. I absolutely recommend giving them a chance, you'll never go jumping from salon to salon again.

Tiffany and Trenette are five star ladies. They are the best at hair color and cuts I get just what I ask for every time .They are the best at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Trenette and Tiffany at Penny Lane Salon are absolutely wonderul! Every visit I make to the salon is a great experience. They are very updeat and fun to be around! Trenette has been cutting/coloring my hair since 2008 and she does an excellent job. I have NEVER left their salon disappointed. Infact, I have never seen a client walk out of their salon not 100% satisfied while I was there. The prices are very affordable and she always knows exactly what I want. I would definitely refer friends and family!

I had color, highlights and cut with Trenette and all went well. My color and highlights look fantastic. I explained that I am wanting to grow my hair longer and did not want too much cut. Trenette listened and cut, layered, and styled my hair just like I requested. She did not take too much off. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Both Trenette and her sister, Tiffany, were courteous and caring. I made a 2nd appointment.

Had absolutely NEGATIVE experience. I had to call for two days in order to set an appointment. In two days finally the receptionist returned my call. (Why to have a receptionist if she doesn't do her job??!!!!) When I arrived for my appointment, they cancelled it. But they forgot to inform me. And Trenette was talking rude to me, because I started to complain, that they have no right to waste my time. Again I spent two days to set an appointment. But, I could have my service, because they are trying to grab as much money as possible. They create some reasons for that. And when I was asking questions about price policy Trenette was responding very rude. Even though I never asked her. I was talking to her sister. I just left that place. My mood was terrible, my time was wasted.

Terrible hairstylists, working at an over priced salon. Nothing is redeeming about this place. Do not go.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Penny Lane Salon is run by two sisters, Trenette and Tiffany and I honesty have no idea how they got their cosmetology licenses. When I went to get my hair done, they acted like they had no idea I was coming. I had booked my appt two weeks in advance. The entire time I was there, they talked to each other and to the other customers that they already knew but not me. I had to basically raise my hand to get their attention. Tiffany's color and cut to my hair was half-assed and rushed. After paying (SOOOO OVERPRICED for their lack of talent and rude attitude) and after I got home, I realized that my hair looked HORRIBLE. The color was choppy and spotty, my hair was so uneven. I didn't even bother calling them to fix it because I didn't want them to touch my hair ever again. Called Toni and Guy the next day and even they felt bad for me.



In conclusion...Save your money. Even with the groupon don't bother. They charge extra for every little thing and do a half assed job.

I don't think they have been doing this long or they just don't care...
Left a HUGE section of my hair brown when they dyed it blonde... I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed after having Tiffany try to fix it multiple times...after almost going to Sally's and buying my own supplies...
They charge extra for EVERYTHING. Toner, long hair, etc etc... Who charges extra for toner?!!! I guess I understand long hair but come on....
They offer Groupons all the time and sucker people into their crappy business
