My husband has used this place for a long time to launder his dress shirts, so I felt pretty comfortable taking my winter coat there for dry cleaning. The turn around time was very fast and now I know why. They never cleaned the coat! I picked up the coat and looked at it after I got home. There was still dog hairs, lint and marks on the coat exactly where they were when I dropped it off. I took a damp cloth and removed the marks/stains. The inside of the coat still smelled like my perfume I usually wear and the inside arm pits still smelled a bit like body odor. I am absolutely convinced they just hung it on the hanger and put the plastic on it and gave it to me. If you really want something dry cleaned, take it somewhere else.
