We engaged Diversified Benefit Services in Frisco to help us find an affordable compliant health plan for our small company. In moving our business to North Texas from California we found a much different set of insurance carriers to work with. Confused and not knowing who all the players are we started talking with several Insurance Agencies we found online. I will say the deliverables and options DBS presented were by far a better fit than the other Brokers we met with. That was months ago and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Their customer service is very timely and their knowledge of healthcare plans and North Texas doctors networks is nothing short of superior. Our employees call Debbie directly with questions and she works in our behalf as part of our HR Department. This alone has saved our company tens of thousands by keeping us from hiring an Admin for this function. In California we had to do all this ourselves and with an extra person ($$). It's that time to start start shopping again and DBS is already working hard to find us great rates for our new employees and the next plan year. We're excited to recommend them to our vendors and friends.
